Orders

Confirming an order by the user constitutes a final sales agreement, specifying the product price, delivery method, and explicit acceptance of the terms.

Prices and Tax

All prices displayed on the gloly platform include 15% VAT.

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, and only the price displayed at the time of order completion is applied.

In case of discounts or promotional offers, the price before and after the discount will be clearly indicated.

Delivery

gloly commits to delivering orders to the address specified by the customer within the timeframe indicated during the order.

If gloly delays delivery within Saudi Arabia for more than 15 days from the order date, or for international shipping if it exceeds the agreed duration considering country-specific shipping and customs regulations, the customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., address or phone number), the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.
