  2. The Consumer: The person engaging in e-commerce with the intention of obtaining products or services provided by the store through its electronic platform.
  3. The Agreement: Refers to the terms and conditions of this agreement, which govern and organize the relationship between the parties to this agreement.


Article 2 Legal Capacity of the Consumer

  1. The consumer acknowledges that they have full legal capacity recognized by Sharia and law to deal with the store, and that they are at least eighteen (18) years old.
  2. The consumer agrees that any violation of this article will hold them accountable for consequences before third parties.


Article 3 Nature of the Commitment

  1. The store’s commitment to the consumers is to provide the service or product.
  2. The store may also provide additional services, such as after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature and type of the service or product requested by the consumer.


Article 4 Usage Guidelines

  1. The consumer agrees to use the store’s electronic platform in accordance with public morals and the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. The consumer agrees that when purchasing a service or product from the store, they will not use it in a manner that violates public morals or applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Article 5 Accounts and Registration Obligations

Upon applying for membership as a user of this store, you commit to providing specific information and selecting a username and password to access the store’s services. By doing so, you agree to:

  1. Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and immediately notify the store of any unauthorized use or breach of your account information.
  2. The store is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss resulting from disclosure of your username or password.
  3. You must use your account personally, and any third-party use is deemed authorized by you.
  4. Use the store responsibly and with integrity.
  5. Provide true, accurate, updated, complete, and legal information during registration, and update it when necessary.
  6. The store will handle your personal information and contact details with full confidentiality.
  7. If the store finds that you have provided false, incorrect, outdated, incomplete, or illegal information, it has the right to suspend, freeze, or terminate your account without prejudice to the store’s other legal rights.
  8. Non-compliance with any of the above allows the store to suspend or terminate your account or block access to its services.


Article 6 Electronic Communications and Official Channels

  1. Parties agree that communication will occur via the email registered on the platform.
  2. The consumer agrees that all electronically provided agreements, advertisements, data, and communications hold the same validity as their written counterparts.
  3. The consumer agrees that the store may communicate and notify them of any matters concerning this agreement via general messages sent to all consumers or specific users.


Article 7 Amendments to the Agreement and Fees

  1. If any provision or clause in this agreement becomes invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which remain in effect until further notice.
  2. This agreement, which may be amended from time to time, constitutes the operational mechanism and understanding between the consumer and the store.
  3. The store may charge fees for certain consumers depending on offers, products, services, or government-imposed fees or taxes.
  4. The store reserves the right to add, increase, decrease, or waive any fees under this agreement for any consumer.


Article 8 Payment Services for the Store

  1. The store provides payment and settlement systems via its partners, either fully online through available payment options or via any method provided by the store.
  2. The store will set the price of the service or product according to the prevailing market value.
  3. The store will provide receipts and invoices for all amounts and profits generated, ensuring consumers receive invoices for their purchases.
  4. The store will maintain proper accounting standards in accordance with this agreement and relevant legal, economic, and commercial regulations.


Article 9 Intellectual Property

  1. The store’s intellectual property rights are fully owned by the store, whether acquired before or after the establishment of this electronic platform.
  2. The consumer agrees to respect the store’s intellectual property, including its name, logos, trademarks, and other proprietary content.


Article 10 Store Responsibility

  1. The store will conduct its commercial activities on the platform in accordance with Saudi laws and the provisions of this agreement.
  2. The store is not liable for claims arising from errors or negligence, whether directly, indirectly, or incidentally, including actions by third parties such as shipping companies.
  3. The store and its affiliates guarantee that products or services are lawful, authorized under Saudi laws, and used for legitimate purposes.


Article 11 Restriction of Access or Membership

The store may suspend or cancel the consumer’s membership or restrict access to the platform at any time, without prior notice or justification.


Article 12 Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and drafted in accordance with the laws, regulations, and legislation applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is fully subject to Saudi authorities.


Article 13 General Provisions

  1. The Arabic language is the official reference for interpreting this agreement or translating it into another language.
  2. All prices displayed for services or products may change from time to time.
  3. Promotional or marketing offers are temporary, and the store may modify or cancel them at any time.
  4. Parties must conduct dealings in accordance with Sharia and applicable laws related to store-consumer relations.
  5. This agreement may only be terminated by a decision from the store management.
